A PCA from    ClimateMakers will provide the   following services:

1. 10% OFF ON ALL REQUIRED REPAIRS - All parts for non-service agreement tasks will receive a 10% discount.

2.  EMERGENCY SERVICE - Service agreement customers receive emergency service within 24 hours of call being received seven days a week. Dispatch charge to be $75.00 during these hours.

3. PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT - While we fully realize the importance of all customers, we have a special commitment to our service agreement customers. Our policy is to make every effort to give our service agreement customer’s priority when scheduling emergency service calls.

Conditions:​

1. This Service Agreement extends for 12 months.

2. This agreement shall be automatically renewable, unless canceled by either party, but subject to the revision of services and/or prices on any anniversary date.

3. First renewal notification will be sent 14 days before the renewal date. The second renewal notification will be sent 7 days before the renewal date

4. Service calls and/or repairs not covered by this agreement are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Clean and check services as outlined above will be performed during normal working hours.

6. This agreement may be terminated upon non-payment of any amount due.

7. This contract is non-refundable and non transferable.

The amount of this agreement is based on servicing one HVAC system, unless more systems or options are added. HVAC Systems will be inspected 2 times per year, once in the spring and once in the fall.  HVAC filters supplied per return at either inspection interval visit are a courtesy of ClimateMakers (if the wrong filter sizes are provided at the time of the contract acceptance, ClimateMakers will not make a second trip to deliver the correct size). Tankless Water Heaters are flushed once per year. Both can be paid in full or can be billed monthly via automatic payment processing.

Disclaimer: If using a credit card a 3% convenience fee will be added for both monthly and annual contract agreements. If you live in a gated community that requires commercial contractors to be charged a gate fee for entry to the neighborhood by the HOA/POA, those fees will be billed to you, the homeowner, at each service interval.
