EMERGENCY SERVICE - Service agreement customers receive emergency service within 24 hours of call being received seven days a week. Dispatch charge to be $75.00 during these hours.

PREFERRED TREATMENT - While we fully recognize the importance of all our customers, we have a special commitment to those with a service agreement. Our policy is to make every effort to give our service agreement customer’s priority when scheduling emergency service calls.
Conditions:

This Service Agreement extends for 12 months.

This agreement shall be automatically renewable, unless canceled by either party, but subject to the revision of services and/or prices on any anniversary date.

Service calls and/or repairs not covered by this agreement are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Clean and check services as outlined above will be performed during normal working hours.

This agreement may be terminated upon non-payment of any amount due.
