ClimateMakers Preferred Customer Agreement (PCA)
is a preventive maintenance program for your heating and cooling system. Our expert technicians clean, inspect and tune up your system to make sure it is in proper working order for the upcoming cooling season. We strongly believe that our Preferred Customer Agreement will pay for itself many times over in the reduction of repair costs and added longevity of your equipment. If you need preventative maintenance, you’re going to need a team that knows their stuff and really cares.
Our Preferred Customer Program consists of the following services:
Lubricate motors where possible
Check capacitors
Clean condenser coil
Clean condensate drain line
Clean evaporator coil
Check amp draw on all motors
Check refrigerant charge
Check for proper air flow
Check reversing valve
Check safety controls
Check thermostat controls
*Check gas ignition
*Check defrost controls
*Check heat strip
*Visual inspection of heat exchanger
*These services will only be performed during heating maintenance season.

10% OFF ON ALL REQUIRED REPAIRS - All parts for non-service agreement tasks will receive a 10% discount.

EMERGENCY SERVICE - Service agreement customers receive emergency service within 24 hours of call being received seven days a week. Dispatch charge to be $75.00 during these hours.

PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT - While we fully realize the importance of all customers, we have a special commitment to our service agreement customers. Our policy is to make every effort to give our service agreement customer’s priority when scheduling emergency service calls.
Conditions:

This Service Agreement extends for 12 months.

This agreement shall be automatically renewable, unless canceled by either party, but subject to the revision of services and/or prices on any anniversary date.

Service calls and/or repairs not covered by this agreement are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Clean and check services as outlined above will be performed during normal working hours.

This agreement may be terminated upon non-payment of any amount due.

This contract is non-refundable and non transferable.
